The Maxime House in Etalondes

It was in 2015 that Maxime Bazire opened his first store in Etalondes on the border of the Seine Maritime department and the Somme. Since then, shops have multiplied all along the coast.

Maxim’s House uses chocolates from Latin America or Vietnam, for the rest all the products used by Maxime Bazire come from short circuits. Milk, eggs, butter, honey. It is a craftsmanship that guarantees quality.

Maxime is a man in a hurry and full of energy. He had set himself the goal of opening 10 stores. Today it has largely exceeded the objective and has set itself the creation of 50 shops.

In his lab in Etalondes, everyone finds their place and occupies the position that suits them, but nothing is set in stone and while some specialize, others navigate according to needs and desires. When you enter one of its stores you can indulge your delicacies towards delicious Florentines, marshmallows with natural flavors and dyes. And if your choice is gingerbread, here too you can opt for the one of your choice. Made from rye flour and honey from Mickael Dechepy in Embreville; these gingerbreads can be kept for several months in the fridge.

Valentine’s Day approach, the chocolates have taken the shape of a heart or a shoe: dark chocolate or milk chocolate, treat yourself, that’s the main thing. As for those who must be attentive to their blood sugar, Maxime Bazire has succeeded in making a chocolate of the best taste and without sugar.

And when you’re from Picardy, it’s hard not to start making beaten cake. Maxime validated his know-how on the occasion of several Battu Cake contests in Abbéville. He has won several awards.
