The horizon is brightening up for Lille on the European scene. Overwhelming in Seville, the Mastiffs can confirm their good start against Salzburg, Tuesday, November 23 at 9 p.m., at the Pierre-Mauroy stadium, for the 5th day of the Champions League. A victory would bring Jocelyn Gourvennec’s men closer to qualifying for the round of 16. It would also erase the defeat in the first leg in Austria and set Lille in a good dynamic, after a mixed start to the season in the league and in particular a frustrating draw last weekend against AS Monaco.
