France Bleu Alsace is live from the Wasselonne market on March 21
Isabelle Chalaye is with Joel Phillips, Michelin-starred chef at Le Cerf in Marlenheim, winner of the Huck Trophy, for a special live broadcast from Wasselonne from 9 to 11 a.m. Together they will first go to the market, then the chef will take over the kitchen truck specially made available to him, with the help of two auditors, to take up the challenge of the day :
With 30 euros, he will have to:
- prepare a meal for 6/8 people live, in front of you, with starter, main course and dessert
- by including two dairy products
After this preparation, people present in the market will be able to taste the dishes made by the chef.
