The Frery Market

The Fréry market is located at the exit of the old town, along the quai Vauban, at the corner of rue du Docteur-Fréry in Belfort. Built in 1904 on the site of part of the destroyed fortifications, and recently restored, the Halle Fréry is one of the jewels of Belfort, both commercial and architectural heritage, all in steel and glass. Saturday morning is one of the appointments for the Belfortains. There are around forty traders, including a few local producers, on Saturdays, in particular the good organic vegetables from the “Biau Potager”, cheeses from the Plainot goat farm, poultry and pork specialties from the Roche Jella farm… You will also find local fruits, bread, meat products, flowers, etc.

The Fréry indoor market is open Friday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
