The Les Rosbifs coffee-shop now opens in the evening three times a week

Ben Rigden and David Casadebaig form an explosive and astonishing duo. Respectively English and Béarnais, together they revisit the classics of the region with a British touch. So you will find at home as well beef bourguignon à la Guinness, as the classic fish n’ chips or the famous flapjacks revisited. All in a short circuit, they make it a point of honor to work with local artisans, such as the “Shakespeare” beer from Navarrenx, or the bread from the famous Grangé house.

The opening hours are longer for our greatest pleasure from Thursday, June 23

Given the success of this Anglo-Béarnaise alliance, Ben and David decided by popular demand to extend their opening time. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays you can come and taste their duck with mint and the Eton Mess (traditional English dessert based on meringue) even after 6 p.m.! All the news and menus of the restaurant Les Rosbifs can be found on their Facebook page, or directly on site at 1Bis Rue des Orphelines in Pau. Each dish is served with David’s good humor and/or Ben’s so British humor, a real treat…
