The Lembert house in Beynac

The Lembert house is an adventure that began in 1940 in Le Bugue with the great great aunt Alice lembert which had a small artisanal factory of Périgord products. Four generations later, this house has become one of the most famous canneries in Périgord

Based today in Beynac-et-Cazenac, this artisanal cannery has developed over time, committed more than ever to the quality and the gastronomic tradition of the land by sourcing from local producers of foie gras. Today, two brothers are at the head of the company. In 2001, Cedric Depenweiler came to lend a hand for the commercial part. His brother, Stephane was already behind the stove.

“What has absolutely not changed since the creation of the company is that everything is done by hand”
