The lawyer spoke during of onepress conference in Paris, a few hours after the announcement of the resignation of Julien Bayou of his position as national secretary of EELV.

The Europe-Ecologie-Les Verts sexual and sexist violence investigation unit, seized in July after accusations of psychological violence against Julien Bayou, is “disqualified at this stage”, declared this Monday, September 26 the lawyer of the deputy, Marie Dosé. The lawyer spoke at a press conference in Paris, a few hours after the announcement of the resignation of Julien Bayou from his post as national secretary of EELV.

Marie Dosé, thus described a “very painful separation”last November, and claims he was the target “pressure, blackmail and threats” from his ex-girlfriend. This has never been expressed publicly – the EELV deputy Sandrine Rousseau had assured her that she told her the story of a behavior likely to break the moral health of women. “Julien Bayou is presumed guilty of charges made public of which he knows nothing and of which he cannot defend himself”thus lamented, promising that the deputy would speak “in the next few days”.
