Jean-François Houle’s troop gets a point in a seventh straight game (5-0-2) partly due to the brilliance of Kevin Poulin who stopped 36 shots in the victory.

Louie Belpedio, Joël Teasdale, Gabriel Bourque and Danick Martel hit the target on the Rocket side (31-21-5). Martel also picked up an assist.

Austin Poganski and Jeff Malott have scored for the Moose, who have lost four of their last five meetings.

Arvid Holm blocked 17 of 20 shots toward the Moose goal (34-20-6).

Rocket defenseman Josh Brook, sidelined since Feb. 26, returned to play his fifth game this season. He was notably the victim of a knee injury in addition to having missed a handful of meetings due to the COVID-19.

The two teams met the day before, again at the Canada Life Center in Winnipeg. The Moose prevailed 4-3 in the shootout.

The Rocket will continue its journey of four games in Abbotsford, in Western Canada, to face the Canucks. They will face off on Saturday and Sunday.
