Following the departure of Matthieu Delormeau, Bernard Montiel was chosen to host the program “TPMP People” broadcast every Saturday on C8. At the same time, he is also a columnist in “Touche pas à mon poste” every evening of the week… and a radio host on RFM. And before shining on C8 and on the radio, Bernard Montiel was one of the faces of the TF1 channel.
Indeed, between 1990 and 2003, the host was at the controls of the program “Video Gag”, an entertainment program that broadcast in a loop, comic videos, pranks, falls, hilarious videos on animals or laughter of all kinds. Much watched, the show has become cult to the point of making Bernard Montiel a star host.
Bernard Montiel reveals his incredible salary at TF1
This Tuesday, June 6, 2023, Cyril Hanouna commented on set on the revelations of Laurent Bignolas who has just dangled in an interview, the incredible salary he received when he presented the program “Télématin” on France 2. Very quickly, the conversation shifted to Bernard Montiel who apparently also earned good sums when he was at TF1. “Apparently, you won 150,000 euros” launched Cyril Hanouna before correcting himself and saying “150,000 francs” per month.
Honest but all the same a bit mysterious, Bernard Montiel then replied: Frankly, it must do that, but a little less than 150,000 euros anyway, but it was a hit”.
Big salaries were obviously fashionable at the time at TF1 since Benjamin Castaldi recently revealed that he received around €680,000 to host a season of Secret Story.
