Attention all those shopping for a mid-size SUV with three rows of seats: the Hyundai Palisade is halfway through its first generation and is about to receive major updates and improvements for the occasion.
What will it look like? We will find out precisely on April 13 during the world premiere of the Palisade 2023 at the New York Auto Show.
According to the two images unveiled today by the company to whet our appetite, the entire front end has been revised, from the bumper to the bonnet, including the grille and the headlights. The styling is a bit reminiscent of the new 2022 Tucson, but the elements are more square and rectilinear.
Hyundai mentions that the grille is wider and that the whole conveys a greater impression of robustness and technicality. Then, on the sides, new alloy wheels will help make the Palisade more distinguished.
There is no further information at this time. Rumors speak of the addition of a version with a slight focus on adventure and off-road driving, as is the rage in the industry at the moment. Hyundai has a Santa Fe XRT (oddly called Urban in Canada) that fits this description. Same thing with the Tucson.
Other changes are to be expected in the passenger compartment. However, the 3.8-liter V6 developing 291 horsepower should remain as is.
Come back next Wednesday to see everything and learn everything about the 2023 Hyundai Palisade.
