It’s been a year since Delphine Jubillar disappeared in Cagnac-les-Mines (Tarn). For the second time, her husband, who is the main suspect, was heard by two judges in Toulouse, Friday, December 3.
For two hours, in front of two examining magistrates, Cédric Jubillar explained himself on the course of the night when his wife disappeared. Calm, determined, he maintained his version of the facts: on the evening of December 15, 2020, nothing in particular happened at home. Yet investigators have troubling testimonies: two neighbors of the Jubillar, who heard screams near their house.
Another gray area: Cédric Jubillar’s cell phone. Why was he untraceable that night? He says he was playing an online game when the device suddenly turned off. He would then have put it back in charge. But the scientific analysis of the battery does not say the same thing. It is on the testimony of his six-year-old son at the time of the facts, that Cédric Jubillar was questioned the longest. Next week, for the fourth time, Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers will request his release.
