At 80, Jacques Dutronc publishes his memoirs called And me and me and me published by Le Cherche Midi. On this occasion, the singer was this Thursday, November 16, 2023, guest of Steven Bellery on the airwaves of RTL and spoke about his state of health, he who had been forced to interrupt the concert tour started with his son Thomas Dutronc.

But he looks like his mother. He’s worked a lot, he’s very invested, he’s a perfectionist, I’m not.” he added.

The singer who recently explained why he does not mention his ex-wife Françoise Hardy in his memoirs, then made other confidences: “It will be a year in December since I stopped all alcohol. There are a lot of people who drink but very few know how to be drunk. I can’t stand guys who can’t stand gorgeon. They become aggressive sores , glue, I don’t like that. May the wine be joyful, may they enjoy what they drink, life. You have to drink when you are happy. It’s one of the rare sentences that I I explained to Thomas because his friends all smoked joints.
