The authorized repairer has more customers since he can make them benefit from the bonus. “We have customers who are pleasantly surprised when we offer them a discount of 20 to 25 euros depending on the type of device”explains Marc Théau, Murphy manager. The repair bonus works with a professional provided it is approved.
