The France Bleu market tour in Cayeux sur Mer, with chef François Xavier Sailly

France Bleu Picardie is live from the market from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with the Chef Francois-Xavier Sailly of the restaurant “The Chorre” in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme.

Live from the fully equipped kitchen truck, François-Xavier Sailly made a meal (starter-main course-dessert) for 6 people with a budget of 30 eurowith the products bought on the market the same morning.

The menu prepared by François-Xavier accompanied by Benjamin:

  • Millefeuille of tomatoes – Tartare de vives – Tomato water, oil, sage
  • Wrapped chicken leg with braised oak leaves – Herbs from the Bay of Somme
