The father of a six-year-old child and his three friends, suspected of having beaten a 16-year-old accused of sexually assaulting his little girl in Roanne, are placed under judicial supervision pending trial, learned this Friday franceinfo from a judicial source. The four men will be tried on January 24, 2023.

They were taken into custody on Thursday morning. At its end, Friday, October 28 in the morning, they were presented to the Roanne prosecution, then to a judge of freedoms and detention (JLD), who placed them under judicial supervision.
The four men are believed to have taken the law into their own hands, after the mother of the six-year-old girl came face to face with a young man coming out of her child’s bedroom on Thursday night 20 to Friday, October 21. The 16-year-old is suspected of having touched the little girl.
