ChatGPT fascinates the educational community, which is already wary of it, however, and excites some professionals in the United States, such as real estate agents. The artificial intelligence software, very easy to use and currently free, produces all kinds of texts in seconds. Andres Asion runs a real estate agency in Miami and has been using this chatbot every day since its launch last November. “For me, it is the greatest technological success after Google Earth”, he believes. “ChatGPT has revolutionized the way you use data. The dream of having a robot as an assistant has come true.”

A few words of instructions and the robot writes the presentation of a property for sale or rent. “Basically, I can put: ‘This house is located in Miami Beach, in the Sunset Harbor area, he points out. It has so many rooms, bathrooms, a swimming pool and a beautiful tree in the back. And he’s going to take that information and make an announcement.” ChatGPT also does the mathematical calculations, such as mortgages or loans, which Andres asks him to then write in letter format for his client. “I just have to send this email in three seconds, or five seconds. It’s incredible!”, he enthuses. Andres says he’s willing to pay $100 or $200 a month if the tool becomes chargeable in the future.

“I couldn’t have done better”

Same interest from Christian Terwiesch, professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He ran his MBA in Operations Management exams in ChatGPT and the results on the first of five questions were excellent. “I was literally blown away”he confides. “It was a very simple question, but it was a case question, a half-page text and the argument was not only mathematically correct, it was also wonderfully worded and explained,” explains the teacher. “I don’t think I could have done better myself, he adds. I don’t want to say I fell in love with this thing, but in many ways I was immediately interested in it.”

The software gets between B- and B on the exam and Christian assures us that he would not have detected his copy in the middle of that of his students. ChatGPT also just nearly passed the medical exam in the United States. He only deals with text and could not answer questions with diagrams or photos.
