The comedian will be presented to an examining magistrate, Friday, February 17, within the framework of the investigation opened for manslaughter and involuntary injuries with aggravating circumstances. His placement in pre-trial detention was requested by the prosecution, announced the prosecutor of Melun, Jean-Michel Bourlès, in a press release.
The 54-year-old actor, who had taken the wheel after consuming cocaine and synthetic drugs, as he admitted while in police custody, “indicated having no precise recollection of the circumstances of the accident”says the prosecution.
