It is “a serious violation of civil liberties”reacts on Friday April 28 on franceinfo Kamel Brahmi, general secretary of the CGT 93, who denounces a “cobbled decision”. The Paris police headquarters has banned the rally planned by several Seine-Saint-Denis unions near the Stade de France, ahead of the final of the Coupe de France football on Saturday, which Emmanuel Macron will attend.

The CGT 93 will challenge this decree before the administrative justice by filing a summary-freedom: “We dispute all the arguments of the prefecture”explains Kamel Brahmi, for whom “the prefecture spreads anxiety and dramatizes”especially when it evokes a risk of crowd management, between supporters and potential demonstrators:

“We planned to be a reasonable distance from the stadium.”

The unions have planned to distribute before the meeting, near the exits of the RER B and D and line 13 of the metro, red cards and whistles, for an action during the match. “We are not going to be banned from strolling around Paris”assures the secretary general of the CGT 93, “we will meet supporters and the public of the Stade de France, in other parts of the Paris region to invite them to express themselves in a peaceful way” their opposition to the pension reform.
