The Russian army is at the gates of Kiev. The head of Ukrainian diplomacy denounced, Friday, February 25, Russian missile fire which hit the capital at dawn, on the second day of the Russian invasion of the country. According to the mayor of the city, Vitali Klitschko, three people were injured, one of them seriously, by debris from missiles that fell in a residential area. General mobilization in Ukraine. In order to counter the Russian invasion, the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, decreed the general mobilization and the recall of reservists within 90 days in all regions. The leader also regretted that Ukraine is “left alone” against the Russian army.
The European Union is tightening its sanctions.
