All summer long, France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne sends its podcasts to explore the Champagne region in order for listeners to (re)discover Champagne specialties and so that they can plan future gastronomic and wine tourism activities.
Today, Noémie Schlachter is visiting the region and more specifically the village of Prunay.
The Station Bistro
The Station Bistro de Prunay is a family restaurant run by Arthur Gournoff, who took over the reins after seeing the tremendous work done by his family since the 1950s. He surrounded himself with a young team.
In the kitchen, it is chef Anthony who leads the dance: seasonal products, quality products and the desire to offer tasty and healthy are his priorities.
The Bistrot de la gare has evolved with the times and offers its customers to eat in a friendly and modern place. In terms of dishes, the choice is vast and we recommend that you taste everything, even if we strongly advise you to try the knife tartare, the salmon, mango and lime tartare or the blue lobster, malfadines and creamed bisque.
