the Basque Country will be well represented in Paris

After two years without, the Agricultural show is back from Saturday February 26 to Sunday March 6. The last edition in March 2020 had to be cut short already because of the pandemic, and the 2021 edition simply did not take place. The department of Pyrénées Atlantiques will be present with a specific stand and a dedicated day on Tuesday March 1st.

At this stand, the department wanted to highlight innovation in agriculture. We will find there for example the company “Lean connected” which offers connected collars for sheep in transhumance, but also for example the company Tokilia which valorizes local sheep’s wool to make padding.

Furthermore, many breeders and producers will be present on site for the competition of the Agricultural Show. Coming from the Pyrénées Atlantiques, 88 agricultural companies and processors will present 328 competing products in ten competition categories.
