On Monday, August 12, the 13 Heures team presents some of the moments that most marked the editorial staff during these Olympic Games.

They carried the colours of France so high that we made them our champions. On the podium of the 1pm news, team sports are tight on the third step. First the rugby 7s team, led by Antoine Dupont, were the first to fly to gold against Fiji. The volleyball players were then crowned with an exceptional double. And how can we forget the handball players in silver, and especially basketball, three silver medals in 3×3 and 5×5.

On the second step: Teddy Riner. Some enter the legend calmly, he did it by smashing. The king of the tatamis won two gold medals, thanks to his victories by ippon in individual and team. But the champion of the 13 Hours is Léon Marchand, the most decorated athlete with four gold medals and one bronze. Special mention for the public, who made so much effort to encourage the athletes.
