Asked about the progress of scientific research, Fabrice Chrétien affirms that we are currently in a “therapeutic revolution”. “Today, we have the possibility by injecting a virus which carries A sick gene to cure a child’s genetic defect and treat all his muscles in a single injection”, he explains. Fabrice Chrétien adds that in the next five years, “we are going to see the number of drugs for this gene therapy multiply”.
