After a successful 2022 edition, TF1 decided to repeat the experience by releasing a new season of Star Academy.
This will be broadcast from November 4. While waiting to discover the new features, a first candidate was revealed on the set of Daily last week.
During the press conference given by the production this Wednesday, October 4, it was announced that Yanis Marshall and Laure Boulon would no longer be part of the teaching staff
accompanying the academicians. The news shocked Internet users who were disappointed not to find the dancer anymore. The person reacted with a rather sober message on
formerly Twitter, where we could read: “Congratulations to the new teachers! And thank you for all your messages, it’s very kind.”
Jean-Louis Blot, one of the producers, justified their departures and confided: “They have complicated personal projects to put in place if it takes them three months. The life of a school means that the teaching staff is on the move”. Nikos Aliagas added that there was “not fishy”.

As for their replacements, Malika Benjelloun will take care of dance after having worked with Robbie Williams, Billy Crawford and Puff Daddy. The former dancer of Kamel Ouali and ex-backing singer of Johnny Hallyday and France Gall, Cécile Chauduteau, will be in charge of the stage expression.

the director is the best paid with 5,000 euros per week or 30,000 euros for the entire season.
For his part, Yanis Marshall was the highest paid teacher of the season since he was both a dance teacher AND bonus choreographer. Thus, he received 18,000 euros for this adventure. He was then followed by Laure Ballon, Adeline Toniutti and Lucie Bernardoni who received 6,000 euros for the six weeks. As for Marlène Schaff, she won 4,800 euros per month and finally, 3,600 euros per month for Pierre de Brauer. It remains to be seen whether they will be increased.
