Strikes have targeted Kharkiv and Odessa regions in eastern and southern Ukraine, local officials said Thursday.
“The enemy carried out about fifteen strikes on the city and the region” of Kharkiv, regional governor Oleg Synegubov said on social networks. In the Odessa region, Governor Maksym Marchneko reported that “missiles hit the regional energy infrastructure and damaged residential buildings”, speaking of a “massive missile strike”.
