Sting, Justice, Måneskin, the ten concerts expected this summer

From Bigflo and Oli to Sting and Louise Attaque, the summer of 2024 will be marked by both the Games and festivals, in Paris and in all regions of France.

1 Sting

The Francophile British bassist and singer is returning to tour the French stages after his concert at the Accor Arena in Paris in December 2023. The singer has not planned a new album but a luxury reissue of the final album by his former group Police, Synchronicitywill be released on July 26. Sting will perform for the first time at the Francofolies, the French song festival, on July 10 in La Rochelle, then on the 11th in Brive-la-Gaillarde for the Lovely Brive Festival, on the 12th at the Vieilles Charrues in Carhaix and finally on the 16th at the Zénith in Toulon.

2 Louise Attack

The timeless rock group with the hit lyrics, Louise Attaque, is planning a new tour of France this summer. Led by its singer Gaëtan Roussel, supported by Arnaud Samuel and Robin Feix, the group demonstrates a rare longevity, carried by the release of five albums, three reissues and a compilation. This summer, the group sees its name on the bill of many festivals in France. They will be on stage on July 11th for the Jardin Sonore festival in Vitroles, then on the 13th at the Zénith in Nancy for the Nancy Open Air Festival, on the 17th for the Son by Toulon, on July 25th for the Au Fil Du Son festival in Civray and on August 6th for the Porto Latino in Saint Florent.

3 Maneskin

With 26 million monthly listeners, recognition from the Italian press and the New York Times, Måneskin continues to rise. The rock band had already hit hard with their big Parisian date at the Accor Arena on March 13, 2023. This summer, they will be at the Déferlantes at Port Barcares on July 10 and in Saint-Cloud for the Rock en Seine festival on August 22.

4 Zaho of Sagazan

At just 24 years old, the young woman has become one of the most iconic artists of her generation. Rewarded with four Victoires de la Musique last February, Zaho de Sagazan sells out everywhere she goes. A sign of her growing popularity: the tour for her first album, The Symphony of Lightningreleased in spring 2023, will stop at the Colisée de Chartres on January 30, 2025. Before that, the singer will be present on July 9 on the stage of the Nuits d’Istres, on July 14 at the Francofolies de La Rochelle, on July 26 at the Fil du Son in Civray and on August 3 at the Bout du Monde festival in Crozon.

5 LCD Soundsystem

The band that brilliantly combines rock and electro with James Murphy, founder of the DFA label, at its head, will be on French stages this summer. We still don’t know if this summer tour means the arrival of a new album. The band’s last performance was in Lyon for the Nuits de Fourvière. They return there this year on July 8 before the Rock en Seine festival in Saint-Cloud on August 25.

6 Bigflo and Oli

The rapper duo has become a real reference in the current rap scene. The two brothers from Toulouse have already made a name for themselves launched in the summer. This Wednesday, July 3, the City and Agglo of Montélimar organized a concert with guests Bigflo and Oli in front of 8,000 enthusiastic spectators. They will continue their summer tour on July 12 at the Terres du Son festival in Monts, on July 13 at the Francofolies in La Rochelle, on the 25th at the Vélodrome in Arcachon and on August 9 at the Fête du Bruit in Landerneau.

7 Justice

The internationally acclaimed French electro duo is making a stunning comeback on French stages. Before their US tour in September, Justice will be on stage on July 11 in Barcarès for Les Déferlantes, on the 13th in Aix-les-Bains for the Musilac festival and on August 17 for the Cabaret Vert festival in Charleville-Mézières.

8 Pascal Obispo

The singer of Lucy, Fan or fell for her has not finished surprising his audience. Composer and singer of musical comedy The ten Commandments for 2024, he also has announced a concert in Niort in December 2024. Pascal Obispo is due to perform in concert on the Niort stage, as part of his anniversary tour called Correspondenceswhich traces thirty years of a successful career. Before that, the singer will be present on July 11 in La Rochelle as part of the Francofolies, on July 13 in Lunel for the Lunel Ose Festival, on July 20 at the Nuits de Saint-Jacques in Puy en Velay and on July 25 in Jullouville for the Grandes Marées festival.

9 Gaso

Just days after his concert at the Accor Arena on November 16, 2023, the rapper Gaso had announced his next big tour in 2025. He will perform across France, stopping at the Zéniths in Lille, Amiens, Caen, Rouen, Toulouse, Bordeaux and Reims. The one nicknamed the king of drill will perform his main hits, including those from The Melo is Gangxhis joint album with Tiakola. Before that, the rapper plans to meet his audience again this summer at various festivals: July 12 for the Decibulles festival in Neuve-Église, July 13 in Monts for the Terres du Son festival and August 16 in Cannes for the Plages électroniques.

10 Eddy de Pretto

Eddy de Pretto’s reputation is well established since his performance at the Transmusicales in Rennes in December 2016. He wowed the audience with his bold music, mixing rap and French song, influenced by both Frank Ocean and Claude Nougaro. With the album Heart crashthe artist will be on tour across France in 2024 and 2025. The opportunity for him to take a little trip to the festivals. He is offering himself a beautiful tour of France with several dates: July 11 for the Déferlantes at the Port de Barcarès, July 14 for the Vieilles Charrues in Carhaix Plouguer on the 26th for the Fête du Cognac, in Yzeures-sur-Creuse on August 4 for Yzeures N Rock and finally September 7 for the Froncofolies de la Réunion.
