Travelers on the Tisséo network will have to be patient and use the bus network: the circulation of lines A and B of the metro is still interrupted.
The Tisséo teams are still at the scene of Wednesday’s incident: they are currently working on the repair of damaged installations.
Wednesday morning, just before 9 a.m., an electric arc occurred during the passage of a train a hundred meters before Patte d’Oie station. The incident caused overheating and heavy smoke development. He also damaged connecting cables that connect the command post to the control of metro lines A and B
The Tisséo teams spent part of the night on site to repair the damage, but the procedure is complex.
Substitute buses put in place
Metro lines A and B are therefore still closed. Traffic did not resume for the start of the rush hour. It is unclear how much longer the incident will last. Tisséo will provide a new update at 10:30 a.m.
For line Ayou have to take line 14 which connects Basso Cambo and Balma-Gramont.
For line B, line 34 is extended to Ramonville. Line L6 is extended to Université Paul Sabatier. Substitute line 29 (Grand Rond – Borderouge) serves La Vache, Trois Cocus and Borderouge stations.
