The dominoes fall one after the other. After Peter Bosz (Lyon), Michel Der Zakarian (Brest), Jean-Marc Furlan (Auxerre), Oscar Garcia becomes the fourth Ligue 1 coach to bear the brunt of the poor results of his team, Stade de Reims, in less than ‘one week. In an official press release, published Thursday, October 13, the management of the Reims club specifies that the Spanish technician has “was suspended as a precaution (…) in view of the results, below the expected objectives and in order to protect the best interests of the institution“.

The press release specifies that it is his assistant coach, William Still, who will take over pending the appointment of a new technician. After ten days of Ligue 1, Stade de Reims is in 15th place, with eight points (1 win, 4 losses and 5 draws), only two more than the last, Brest.
