Poor weather conditions had forced organizers to cancel the first two days of competition, but the 20-year-old Ontarian was rewarded for her patience.
She got a score of 75.41 points on her first attempt, and it could never be surpassed. Oldham had already won at this location, which will host the Freestyle Skiing World Championships in 2023.
Switzerland’s Sarah Höfflin took silver with 72.38 points, while Germany’s Alia Delia Eichinger completed the podium with 67 points.
Oldham’s older brother, Bruce, was the only representative of the maple leaf on the men’s side. The 23-year-old skier finished fourth.
The Swiss Andri Ragettli, Colin Wili and Thierry Wili swept the podium.
Megan Oldham had earned her previous victory three years ago in Silvaplana, Switzerland.
The World Cup circuit will now move to Tignes, France, where a slopestyle event will be staged next weekend. The season will end two weeks later in Silvaplana.
