Six people were presented Monday, December 4 before a judge with a view to their possible indictment on Monday in Dijon, announced the prosecution. Their appearance is part of the investigation into the shootings targeting a deal point which caused the death at the end of November of a father living just above.

The fifty-year-old was fatally shot on the night of November 25 to 26 while he was sleeping in his apartment. A CRS company was sent as reinforcement to Dijon the day after the events.

Two suspects arrested while fleeing to Spain

Four people were initially arrested on November 29, and around twenty anti-narcotics operations were carried out. The two other suspects were apprehended on Thursday at the French-Spanish border, and “globally contested any participation in the facts”added the public prosecutor in Dijon, Olivier Caracotch, in a press release.

The search of an apartment also led to the seizure of more than 20,000 euros in cash. The father killed during this shooting leaves behind his wife and two children.
