Singer Aya Nakamura and her companion, producer Vladimir Boudnikoff, were placed in police custody on Saturday for reciprocal violence against a spouse, franceinfo learned on Wednesday August 10 from a judicial source. Aya Danioko, real name, and Vladimir Boudnikoff are summoned to the Bobigny Criminal Court (Seine-Saint-Denis) for a hearing in November.
The 27-year-old singer, born in Bamako, Mali, and having grown up in Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis), made the planet dance with hits like Djadja and pretty girl. She is the most listened to French artist in the world. Vladimir Boudnikoff, 33, presents himself as “producer, editor, director” on his Instagram account. He directed the music video for Aya Nakamura’s song Pookie.
In November 2020, the two artists had formalized their relationship. Together they had a little girl, the singer’s second. The birth was announced in early January 2022 on her Instagram account.
