Return to calm on the Grande Boucle. Place for sprinters, Friday July 7, on behalf of the seventh stage of the Tour de France, between Mont-de-Marsan and Bordeaux (170 km). If Jasper Philipsen (Alpecin-Deceuninck) won the first two group finishes, the passage in the Pyrenees may have had an impact on his energy. But the mountain range also certainly marked all the sprinters and it will be interesting to see their level of recovery.

Caleb Ewan (Lotto-Dstny) and Phil Bauhaus (Bahrain-Victorious), present on each of the podiums played in the sprint, will seek to win their first bouquet, while, on the French side, Bryan Coquard (Cofidis) seems in good shape. It’s up to him to hook on the right wheels to hope to get out of the game.
