Two days after he was slapped by Will Smith live on Sunday night’s ceremony for a joke he made about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith’s hair – and after receiving a formal apology from the actor on Monday night – Rock seems ready to move on to the next chapter.

Since that historic TV moment, his fans have been rushing to buy tickets to see Chris Rock in concert. A secondary ticketing market, TickPick, reports that it sold more tickets for the comedian’s tour in one night than in the previous month! TickPick also claims ticket prices have exploded since Sunday night, from a low of $46 per ticket on March 18 to a low of $341…

Chris Rock will visit more than 30 cities for the North American leg of his tour, produced by Live Nation, which begins Wednesday evening in Boston where he will give 5 shows. It will be the first time since 2017 that the comedian will present new numbers on the stage. Already 38 dates are planned in 2022 with passages of the comedian in Las Vegas, Denver, Oakland, Seattle, New York, Chicago and Toronto.
