She fatally shoots a woman in flagrante delicto of adultery

A 31-year-old woman has been charged with first-degree murder in Milwaukee, United States, after fatally shooting her children’s father’s new flame shortly after catching them in the act of adultery.

The Milwaukee Police Department said the victim is Destiny Carter, a 22-year-old woman who was shot twice in the head at 6 a.m. on September 11.

Michelle Silas was arrested shortly after the murder.

According to court documents, she told police, “I shot the girl upstairs.” During interrogation, she told her version of events.

“I came home and he was sleeping with her,” Michelle Silas said. I looked at him, wondering how he could have done that. I was angry, I shouted at him. He started hitting me.”

“I didn’t want to shoot her,” added the mother.

Invitation refused

Police also questioned the man. He allegedly invited Michelle Silas to join them in bed. The man then began having sex again, while Michelle Silas watched.

When she shot the victim, the latter began to bite her partner’s penis, forcing her to scream. The officers, who were already in the area responding to another call, saw “a naked man with blood between his legs” near a car.

The man was taken to hospital for treatment of a laceration to his penis.
