A family with two children among the victims
The four occupants of the car, all dead, are part ofthe same family, domiciled in Deux-Sèvres. The Foix public prosecutor’s office, in charge of the investigation, does not give more details for the moment concerning the precise place of residence, out of respect for the family of the victims. Inside the vehicle were two children, an 11-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl. Both parents were in their fifties. The family was not complete at the time of the accident.
Opposite, in the minivan were Chinese residing in Spain. The information, revealed by the Dépêche du Midi, was confirmed to France Bleu Occitanie.

The results of this accident are still provisional this Saturday. Indeed, four other victims of this accident were injured, two of them seriously. We are currently without news of their state of health. These people have not yet been heard by the investigators.
The other witnesses to the accident, on the other hand, were all interviewed. Their testimonials do not allow at this stage to draw a hypothesis. Other analyzes are still planned: toxicological analyzes (this is the usual procedure), and analyzes on the vehicles.
