For more than 10 years, Emmanuel Meuret has traveled the roads of Asia. After this journey, he decides to put his suitcases in Bordeaux, where he opens a Japanese restaurant. It was after this first gastronomic experience that he had the idea of sharing his love for Asian flavors and cuisine with the “Santosha” adventure. A Southeast Asian canteen accessible to all. With affordable prices, quality products, with tasty and hearty recipes, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, it is still the notion of sharing that prevails.
