Saint-Zénon: two individuals suspected of kidnapping wanted

The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) is asking for the public’s help in order to arrest two suspects involved in a kidnapping case in Saint-Zénon, in Lanaudière, last month.

On November 8, two individuals had broken into a residence on Chemin Brassard, before retaining against her will a sixty-something woman, who was not injured during the event.

According to elements of the investigation in the file, the two suspects, hooded and wearing dark camouflage clothing, seemed to want to commit a theft there, the SQ said in a press release.

The first suspect is 1.83 m tall and speaks French, while his sidekick, who is about 1.68 m tall, also speaks French, but with a pronounced standard accent.

Anyone who has information that could help identify or locate the two suspects can call the SQ Criminal Information Center at 1 800 659-4264.
