Open for a short year, Rookyto is the work of Chloé and Romain Lebrun, two young globe-trotting agricultural engineers. It is in Vietnam that Chloé and Romain meet in a chocolate factory. Already experienced in working with chocolate, they decided to create Rookyto to the delight of true chocolate lovers. I have to say that in their Seignosse laboratory they make their products only from cocoa beans straight from producers in Guatemala and Vietnam who work with the greatest respect for nature and the environment. Rookyto is that, an ethic, respect for the product, for the land. At Rookyto we are more than convinced of the need to consume chocolate intelligently and we are therefore part of the 2% of French chocolatiers who work from this cocoa bean.
