89% is the success rate of real estate sales among sellers who have retained the services of a real estate broker, an increase of 4% compared to 2019, according to a study conducted by Léger last July among buyers and property sellers on behalf of the Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers of Quebec (APCIQ).
The satisfaction rate of sellers and buyers who have carried out their real estate transaction with a broker is 89% and 88%.
