Health authorities reported Wednesday 1,688 hospitalizations linked to COVID-19 in Quebec, a drop of 23 from the previous day. Among these, 34 patients are in intensive care, three less.
Quebec also reports 19 additional deaths from the disease, including four in the last 24 hours, and officially lists 523 new cases of COVID-19.
Since the start of the pandemic, 1,300,110 infections have been reported, and 17,904 of them have been fatal.
