Quebec City Film Festival | 100% Quebec programming

The Quebec City Film Festival (FCVQ) unveiled its entirely Quebec programming on Tuesday.

The 11e edition will be held from September 8 to 11 with around forty events and around a hundred films. The FCVQ promises three evenings of world premieres with niagaraby Guillaume Lambert, The 12 labors of Imeldaby Martin Villeneuve, and Snow Angel, by Gabriel Allard. Screenings will be held at the Diamant and the Impérial Bell. Works by independent filmmaker Denis Côté also feature in the program. The winning film of the Regard Festival Sikiituby Gabriel Allard Gagnon will be presented there, as will Askaby Clara Milo, winner of the Denis-Villeneuve prize, as well as Parries, the latest offering from director Alan Lake. It is the artist DJ XL5 who will close the FCVQ at the Imperial Bell with his latest audiovisual program entitled DJ XL5’s video mashups.
