World-famous surf spots, long sandy beaches, shaded by pine trees on the edge of the lake, the Landes seaside resort has the assets of a dream destination. An attractive setting, which attracts more and more people, with the result that real estate prices are soaring. Today in Hossegor the price per m2 is on average €9,500, an increase of 64% in less than five years. Houses and apartments are sold for several million euros.
The Landes coast and the Basque coast are among the French people’s favorite areas. In Biarritz, Bayonne, but also in Contis-plage and Hossegor, real estate prices are soaring, and finding accommodation there is becoming very difficult.
