After the children of Queen Elizabeth II on Friday, it was the turn of her grandchildren to hold a vigil for her coffin at Westminster Hall this Saturday, September 17. After going to meet the crowd, Prince William found her later in the day. The future king of England led all his cousins to the lair of Westminster for a vigil of a few minutes, under the eyes of the public. The latter was able to observe the sad and gloomy faces of Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, Princes William and Harry, Zara and Peter Phillips, but also Louise and James, the children of Prince Edward and his wife Sophie de Wessex, more discreet than their big cousins.
A detail has also struck most Internet users during their common tribute to the queen: the striking resemblance of James Mountbatten with Prince William. In his suit and tie, 15-year-old James took fans back in time: “The young James, Viscount Severn, looks unmistakably like William at the same age, when he had to face his pain publicly, what a brave boy!”, “It’s me or James, it’s William younger?
