PK Subban warns Bedard and Zegras

The Michigan-style goals from Connor Bedard and Trevor Zegras on Saturday impressed many observers, including PK Subban.

The former Montreal Canadiens also published a video on this subject on his X account (formerly Twitter), sharing his admiration for the two young players after their magnificent nets.

“Trevor Zegras and Connor Bedard, [c’est] absolutely disgusting,” exclaimed Subban. In that moment, they expose not only the goalie but all five players on the ice, embarrassing them in front of 20,000 people and millions watching from coast to coast. I think it’s absolutely brilliant.”

However, the one who won the Norris Trophy in 2013 wanted to warn the Chicago Blackhawks player and the Anaheim Ducks player.

“Is it great for hockey? Well, I don’t know, he continued. I tell you something, if I played, I’d probably hit them.”

Bedard has 13 goals and 17 assists for 30 points in 33 games this season. Zegras is having a difficult season with only two goals and an assist for three points in 13 outings.
