Domaine Pine Hill, a rental chalet construction project in Brownsburg-Chatham in the Laurentians, will be part of the creation of a recreational tourism center bringing together accommodation, Nordic spa, hiking trails, snowmobile trail and downhill skiing.
Its promoter, Investir Group, announced on April 3 the launch of the fourth phase of this project, the investment of which will total $250 million.
In addition to the construction of 500 chalets available for short-term rental, the developer plans to put the former Carling Lake ski resort back into service, which was closed in 1996. To date, 60% of the land in phase 4 of the Domaine Pine Hill have found a buyer.
