[PHOTOS] A driver in critical condition after an accident on the A-15

A driver in his twenties was in critical condition on Saturday evening after leaving the road on the A-15 near Laval.

The accident occurred around 7:20 p.m. at kilometer 12 of the northbound highway, when the vehicle swerved and ended up on the central reservation, said the spokesperson for the Sûreté du Québec. (SQ), Marythé Bolduc.

The victim was taken to a hospital center where his life was feared in the evening.

An accident investigation patroller went to the scene to try to determine the circumstances of the event.
