Peter Gabriel performing in Quebec and Montreal next September

The North American portion of famous musician Peter Gabriel’s vast tour will begin on September 8 at the Videotron Center in Quebec City.

In an announcement made Tuesday morning by press release, it is added that the former member of the famous British group Genesis, now aged 73, will also give concerts at the Canadian Tire Center in Ottawa, the following day, September 9 , at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on September 11, at the Bell Center in Montreal on September 13 and at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver on October 7.

His North American tour also includes stops in Boston, Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Concerts are also planned in Washington, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cleveland, Detroit, Milwaukee, St. Paul, Denver, Austin, Dallas and Houston, but the dates have not yet been determined.

The tour i/owhich will tour Europe and North America until the fall, will include new material from Peter Gabriel’s forthcoming album as well as titles from his extensive musical repertoire.

During the concerts, Peter Gabriel will be accompanied by his usual musicians Tony Levin, David Rhodes and Manu Katché.

The general on-sale for the North American portion of the tour i/o will debut next Friday on LiveNation.com. Fans have access to a special pre-sale via the Peter Gabriel fan club newsletter, starting this Tuesday.
