Tuesday, June 21, the Fête de la Musique gave rise to numerous wild bites and several people were taken into custody. It is a phenomenon that is gaining momentum that the Special Envoy program of Thursday, June 23 will deal with. Excerpted in this edition of 12/13.

It is a dreaded practice and a mysterious phenomenon: wild bites. In recent months, many customers of nightclubs or spectators attending a concert have been victims of savage bites. The guards pay attention, but cannot necessarily see everything. “Whether someone wants to come home with a sting, they can hide it anywhere. We check as much as possible to limit the risk, but zero risk does not exist not”, explains one of the guards.

To limit the risks, several establishments have equipped their various rooms with surveillance cameras to be able to monitor every nook and cranny. It is an important investment which however provides great security as well as the possibility of viewing the moment of a possible attack. It will even be possible to view the images for a month. This is a solution to compensate for the halving of the clientele since the beginning of the phenomenon.
