A 15-year-old student at a Michigan school is accused of “unacceptable act of violence” for throwing a metal chair at her teacher’s head.

In a viral video filmed Thursday, a conflict escalates between two students at Southwestern Classical Academy. The teacher places herself between the two students to calm the situation, while they shout insults at each other. All it takes is a moment when the teacher’s back is turned, and one of the two students takes a metal chair and throws it in her direction.

According to the images, the teacher collapsed to the ground in reaction to the object falling on her head and remained motionless for more than seven seconds on the floor.
