A few summers ago, we enjoyed a memorable meal on the beautiful terrace of the Strøm Nordic Spa, in Saint-Hilaire. Since that time, the executive chef of the Nord restaurants at Strøm’s four locations, Raphaël Podlasiewicz, has continued to push his creativity further, delivering truly well-rounded boreal-inspired cuisine.
